I know writing can be difficult but definitely not impossible. When I was younger and even not too long ago, my writing was considered a bit wordy and grammatically incorrect, even during my master’s program. It was uncomfortable and a subconscious negative for me to see all my college papers with so many red lines for corrections on just one page! Ouch! However, through time and experience my writing has improved. I have sought help from those who have exceptional writing skills, such as Annette Trotta-Flynn, who has taught me how to write effectively and check for grammar. I was not afraid to ask for help. Everyone has their own personal strengths and to look for guidance and support from an outside expert is not something to be ashamed of. We all must do this in our lives – we seek that particular person who is proficient in their field; accountants, doctors, attorneys and real estate, etc. Others seek me out for my expertise with social emotional needs, behavioral modification and techniques. The confidence that I feel now, is amazing. All I can say is……”Take the first steps”. You can achieve this feeling!
What does it take to “Believe in Yourself”? Really quite easy answer! Are you ready? You! That’s it! Honestly, if you keep searching and looking outside of yourself – you can be looking a life time! I know, because for this first part of my life, I thought everyone else had the answers for me. Nope, that is the mixed-up communicated belief. All our beauty, talents and happiness are inside of us ready to come out. Fear keeps us frozen, unless you defrost that thought. All the answers you need are with you – it’s called trust your gut/conscience/inner voice – you get the picture. So, why do we look for other’s to give us the answer? I will speak for myself, because I didn’t believe I could possibly be strong enough to make the right decisions for myself. I thought everyone else would be smarter and wiser about making better choices. Also I was consider the baby, too immature, to vulnerable and the best one of all “Emotional”.
“Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that fields the human spirit.” EE Cummings
Today, how many years later and thank goodness, wiser and smarter. I am enjoying my life so much better now, why? Well, because now I listen and do what’s good for my soul! I truly know my calling, it’s helping others’ find there peace, how to effectively communicate their feelings and guide them through the rough patches while offering proven techniques………I figured out “Who I am”! Well, “ Who are you”? Tell me………..

I was told by my mom, that I should be a social worker because I am so good with helping people. I did that for 20 years, but still wanted something else for myself. So, I challenged myself and started my own business as a motivational speaker and coach last year. I adore working with children/adolescents and young adults. However, I do assist adults, but my sweet spot of helping is definitely the young generation. I like to think of myself as “The Child Whisper” or in the old days “The Piped Piper”. The reason is that I have the capabilities to reach the younger population because I understand their mentality level. At times, I can be child-like and what’s wrong with that you ask? Nothing, I can at the time and place it needs it. I make connections in a fun and exciting way to reach those in need – and guide them with better choices to communicate their needs – clean up the broken barriers.

Here’s my question for you, “Who are you and what are you really gifted with?” The second part to this question is “how does it make you feel”? Is there something you are passionate about? I would like to hear your thoughts. I do take suggestions and ideas. If you are interested, please write.
Thank you all for tuning in………….and transforming!
Many blessings and peace,
