Rosemary Cobuzzi is a motivational speaker and founder of Self-esteem123, a program dedicated to empowering young people. She is a graduate of Fordham University with a Master’s degree in social work. Her passion has been to enrich and change the lives of children and their families in a positive way by focusing on healthy techniques that change behavior and thought patterns.
Her work range includes; domestic violence, foster care, substance abuse and mental illness. Rosemary excels at pin-pointing the root causes of a child or family’s problem by creating a safe and trusting environment. She then provides the individual or family with a cohesive plan to improve communication, establish healthy relationships and bolster their feelings of self-worth.
She is a lifelong Westchester resident who firmly believes in giving back to her community. Rosemary values her individuality and originality which she encourages her clients to embrace and follow.
Rosemary enjoys the pleasure of helping others and finds humor and sharing her personal stories to be ice-breakers and a pathway to open communication.
“It’s not about what happened before, it’s about what you’re going to do now!” Rosemary Cobuzzi, MSW
It is SE123’s mission to help children, adolescents and young adults struggling with low self-esteem who are often explosive, defensive and emotionally disconnected. By providing proven techniques to better articulate their concerns and navigate through their emotions, these individuals will develop confidence and better social skills to improve quality of life.

“Never apologize for being sensitive or emotional. Let this be a sign you’ve got a big heart and aren’t afraid to let others see it. Showing your emotions is a sign of strength.” – Bridget Nicole

This website is dedicated to my Aunt Marie, God Bless her for believing in herself to start her own business (especially in the era in 1960’s). She paved the way for all women!
